CEO Research Park (Business Incubator)
Mississippi State University’s Business Incubator provides early-stage companies with Class A office space in the Thad Cochran Research and Economic Development Park and enable them to build stable, fast-growing businesses.
Completed in September of 2012, the incubator encompasses 10,000 sqft, including 10 private office spaces, co-working space, shared conference and multimedia room, and copy/break room. It also has an onsite cafe serving breakfast and lunch daily. Tenants span a variety of industries, but admission is focused on scalable, technology companies.
Graduation Requirements
Generate more than $1M annual revenue

The MSU Business Incubator offers flexible leasing terms and reduced rent to help transition new businesses to standard market price as they grow. All rates and terms are subject to change.

Standard lease term is 1-year, renewable for up to a max of 2 additional years (or until graduation criteria has been met). Flexible terms are available. Each tenant is required to pay a $75.00 security deposit.
Startups can share office space to help reduce cost. Maximum of 1 business per small office, 2 per medium, and 3 per large. Inquire for more information about sharing office space.
Incubator applicants may apply to receive support via our Startup Grant Program, which offers partial short-term rent subsidies for select entrepreneurs who demonstrate a strong potential to scale and impact local workforce. Contact us for more information.
